Garbage Trucks Vyronas Municipality
On the occasion of World Recycling Day (March 18), the municipality transformed garbage trucks into urban art installations and messengers of environmental protection.
They are colorful, they drive around the streets of Byron, and they spread messages about recycling. We are talking about the garbage trucks in the area, which have been transformed into messengers of recycling.
Specifically, the municipality decided to turn its garbage trucks into vehicles of urban art and messengers of environmental protection.
All this, of course, on the occasion of World Recycling Day on March 18, which provides an opportunity for reflection and awareness about how important and responsible recycling is.
Thus, six Greek street art and graffiti artists, Achilles, Yiakou, Noless, RESK, and Byron Otom_one and Jimi Norone, created five vehicles, each with a different artistic style and aesthetic, but with a common theme: encouraging recycling and ecological awareness.
The "transformed" garbage trucks are driving around the streets of Byron. They're pretty cool and remind us that recycling is more important than ever, and nobody can just ignore it. In addition to being one of the most important tools we have for protecting the natural environment, recycling materials is a key component of the circular economy, contributing to the conservation and preservation of natural resources, while also boosting many economic sectors.
